My college colleague is working in SCAD HK. I went to visit her today, and she gave me a tour around the school. I think SCAD done a good job revitalising the former North Kowloon Magistracy. It became a very modern, artistic, and interesting building.
It is very interesting that the malls in HK are decorated so beautifully in order to attract more customers. Very nice marketing strategy. But eventually, it is the customers who pay for the decoration. I do enjoy taking pics with these nice decoration, but I rather not have them if everything I shop can be 5% or 10% percent lower. lol
